TIP: Rotate nozzle 1/4 turn every week or two; this will make your nozzles last much longer.
NORTON NORBIDE VENTURI although priced higher than straight bore NORBIDE nozzles, the Norton Venturi monumental nozzles increases rate of cut up to 50%. The new entrance and exit balance design means more cut with each individual grain. This provides a reduction in abrasive material usage and increases production because of a more uniform blasting pattern, especially when used with an automatic curtain.
LIGHT, SHOCK-RESISTANT JACKET: the lightweight anodized aluminum jacket has the hardness of cold rolled steel which virtually eliminates breakage. Available for immediate shipment in
3/16", 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8".
Shape Carving Tip: when an erratic abrasive pattern develops, check both the nozzle and the pipe or nipple leading to the nozzle. A worn pipe or nipple might be the culprit.
